In the Spotlight - Leonel and Meylin from Casa Promesa

We recently asked our house parents and staff how the coronavirus and the quarantines are impacting their lives, their families, and the lives of the children they care for. Today we get to hear from Leonel and Meylin, house parents to the girls in Casa Promesa.

“We are spending time with the girls, strengthening our bond with each one of them. The girls have been reading and meditating on the Word of God. We have also had a time of prayer, asking God to glorify himself through what is happening both in Guatemala and around the world.

The girls have also had fun playing soccer, swimming, and working on a project for their sponsors.
