Help sponsor a child for $90 each month to provide food, clothing, school tuition and materials, and medical attention for each child. Sponsors embrace a particular child by donating the $90 to care for him or her. To bring the expense down, sponsorship can be shared by 1/2, or 1/3 support.

The amount of this sponsorship is at the sponsor's discretion. Family sponsorship lets a family group have treats or do special activities that are not included in the overall general budget. When you sponsor a family you are adding that extra love and care that goes beyond bare necessities.

Foster Homes

At Casa Bernabe we are aware that it is within the family that a child is shaped to reach his or her full potential. For this reason we feel that Christian foster homes provide a valuable alternative in order to give a child the warmth of a home.

A foster home is where a family opens the doors of its home to take an orphaned or abandoned child as their own whose legal status does not permit adoption. The foster family fills the child's basic needs - especially love. The foster family provides all medical attention, protection, food, lodging, clothing, and education.

The requirements to qualify as a foster family are the same as those for adoptive families. In some cases if the legal status of the child changes, and if the family so desires, they may eventually be able to adopt the child or children that they are caring for.
